Uhhh thats the thing I think 2 tried to do WAY TOO MUCH WITH THE STORY. Rather than just keep it simple lol . I need to rewatch it again but its like no action movies will ever compare to where they doing their own stunts like that. Like The raid redemption ruined most action movies for me and comic book s*** cause after the raid I dont feel anything . I saw the raid in theaters and I genuinely said to friends "LETS RUN IT BACK". Like Chicago theater we was all screaming cause that s*** was bussin

yeah I can understand that pov too, but personally I loved how they took a hard left turn for Raid 2 and did a totally different type of action movie right out the gate

like Evans knew he couldn't match that first one again so he just picked up where he left off and went bonkers with it

Again I need to rewatch and give another chance because how heavy they were going with the story was boring the s*** out of me instead of investing me. I really wish he got to do a Raid 3 though
