Its funny you mention that because an artist who i admire. One of my favorites. Very prolific. Very visually stunning. Actually worked on a lot of big movies. He mentioned he loved Dennis and would love to work with him.

What got me is that sometimes I feel his work is visually amazing and THATS IT. I love looking at his work but thats pretty much it. Which is the same complaint I have with Dennis.

I really do. Aint nothing wrong with visuals. S*** I would love the artbook. But when visuals are the main draw then thats a time where I need to read the book myself rather than rely on the movie to be the first or only source of the story. Again there are many book adaptations that balance visuals with story telling Harry Potter, Game of Thrones(which some parts of dune movie delivery remind me of the show but the problem here is Zimmer score too epic for whats going on lol), A lot of the cut scenes would flesh out what I personally want to see but to each their own.
