New crew is all there to help him remember who he is . They are all fanboys. Some even think they are machines in a way . It’s interesting ways to view them . I think about why they are the way they are a lot .

Love how in this version of the matrix a hologram of him is in there with her in the matrix as opposed to just typing buttons/hacking and walky talking it in the space ship

We need a spinoff show with bugs, new link and Priyas character. Would def need to bring NPH back too as the kingpin figure

And NPH needs to ditch swarm mode at least to an extent and bring agents back

i can honestly say im happy they made this movie i got love for it

-Action overall trash although bullet time NPH moment was cool for me exiles scene was not
-Sense8 cast didnt fully get a chance to have their own agency even though that was part of the point they needed a lil more free thought outside of neo

They saw me list so many grievances with the movie and it was still "SAY ITS S*** AND THAT IT DIDNT NEED TO EXIST"

I cant because clearly based on the childish reactions to it and those upset even by the first hour which was near impeccable to me its creating emotions its making you feel something

its helping fans realize time has past and they have grown

its making them question WHAT HAVE THEY DONE WITH THE TIME IF THEY HAVE JUST BEEN RUNNING IN THE SAME DAY TO DAY MODALS AND NOT ADVANCED THEMSELVES WITH THE SAME CRAVINGS FOR SEXY ACTION

Are you suggesting that people are actually rejecting the movie because deep down they know it hits too close to home?
It doesn’t seem like that to me, it feels like general audiences are completely unfamiliar, and care little, about engaging with art on a meta level. It seems fairly obvious what the movie’s going for, but people don’t even seem to consider that the movie is aiming for those grander ambitions. Whether it pulls it off is another story.
Basically, it seems like people never actually cared about the story in The Matrix, they were just in it for the cool-factor. And that’s news to me.
I’m a little worried that, on rewatch, the movie will start falling apart after the terrific first act.
I did really like what happens with Trinity in the third act tho.

Part of it definitely hits too close to home while at the same time some of it is too on the nose for some from Rapunzel tower to the allusions to nostalgia to how it slaps across the face with the point of the power of Deja Vu(Nostalgia, Suits, those in control remaking the characters same story ). Because realistically they remade neos eyes and body and trinity they could make it so they have absolutely 0 memory of each other but they place their pods close because they are harnessing the power of a love story even if its supposed to be a doomed one where them not seeing each other for their true selves allows them to never reuinite.

The crew of the ship whose name translates to memory say "he is hotter with a beard", "everyone he ships with dies" even the term ship is a fanboy internet lingo. "I was named after a sequoia tree they loved nature" in a society where they built their own artificial sun and we see Niobe cling to fruit but not trees which provide oxygen she looks down on those who eat slop. again middle class leftist. But those middle class leftist operate within the status quo work with limited machines and weren't really even caring to free minds like that or find neo outside of Bugs. Bugs is the anomaly looking for an anomaly. She saw Neo not fall.

The opening of the movie she falls through the game or modal with Morpheus helping remove him from his modal. Neo nearly is about to jump and is DRINKING ALCOHOL when he is about to get 5150s and placed back on the TREADMILL until he produces the content that the MACHINES want which is MATRIX 4. In many ways it is saying again with the obivous swarm allusion. WE HAVE BECOME THE SMITHS WE HAVE BECOME THE MACHINES

yet they like "nah we want bullets and death". Which is why again Neo has 0 Kills this movie for a reason. S*** Trinity has 0 kills too. Look how many bodies they racked up in past movies and look what it lead to

well deflection of missiles so those are kills but the kill counts are low lol
