Idk I thinks it's a morality thing to buy up a house when we happen to be in a housing crisis every decade and taking up s*** to have people owe us money. I think it's different if you build and renovate with some actual value. But if you bought up low income homes and gentrify the neighbor it's s***ty thing to do.
