Hey KTT Community, I bought tickets to the concert and then they told me to buy another set and as long as the tickets were same price or better they would refund my first pair. I remember a few of us did this , has anyone received their refund? I’ve contacted Ticketmaster several times and they keep sending me an automated message saying they can’t say exactly when I’ll get my money but it’s usually 30 days…. It’s been about 60+ since I asked for a refund.

Dispute the transaction with your CC and upload a screenshot of the correspondence. You'll have it back asap.
