When people talk about the great HBO shows of the late 90s/early 2000s that redefined television, they mention Sopranos, Wire, Deadwood, Oz, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Six Feet Under etc.

I have recently watched the Larry Sanders show and it is f***ing hilarious, a really excellent show. It doesn't get talked about with the shows above enough I think. I don't think it was available on streaming until recently.

Do you enjoy the Larry Sanders show?

One of Judd Apatow’s first works. I’ve been making my way through over the year and really enjoying it. I think I’m near the end of season 5. I like shows about show business, so IDK why I slept on this for so long.

The Ringer had a pretty interesting article about the behind the scenes.
