All judges should get their s*** rocked for keeping this system of punishment over rehabilitation alive.
If you read up on the guy you will see life has been f***ing him over since birth, the judge knows this, she read his files, but instead of being empathic and professional she got her head so far up her ass thinking she some paragon of justice.
    Chat s***, get banged.
They both found out, we all one and the same

Nobody’s defending him attacking the judge

We’re disagreeing with the judge laughing in his face before reading the sentencing

We’re disagreeing with them bringing him out today in a muzzle and mittens like a f***ing animal….they brought out 7 cops…that’s enough…the muzzle and s*** is just to dehumanize him

Well when you behave like one what should you expect? Clip in OP they treated him like any other person, ofc they want to minimize any risk second time around.

It’s perfectly fine and understandable to want to minimize risk but they did way too f***ing much and you know it

7 cops all around him in a muzzle, chains and mittens

They’re that afraid of a black man?

All they needed was handcuffs…2 cops watching him and 1 more infront of the judge, and the risk is gone

If 3 trained cops can’t stop a handcuffed man in a small room, you’ve got bigger issues and they should be fired

During the incident, He wasn’t handcuffed and the 2 cops were nowhere near him…y’all acting like he had super human strength, knocked out 4 cops and bit 3 people

US judges always seem so strange to me. Like they bring too much of their own personality with them. More like teachers and very condescending.

The judges here in Germany are super formal and use a completely unbiased form of speech.

Dont get me wrong I am not saying its better here caus every system has flaws. But I dunno US judges seem just too dramatic and emotional

    How can you defend that?

    Americans love their criminals

It's the opposite. Americans have a hard-on for extreme punishments against criminals of all kinds. I saw many Americans rejoicing when some guy shot someone for trying to play a harmless prank on him

I think that's less about him being a criminal but more the racial component to it. It being a white judge and them seeing it as a dehumanizing act to put a potentially mentally ill black man in a muzzle, of course that side of twitter will see things a certain way

A lot more convictions and repeat offenders. Imagine seeing the same person 3 or 4 times get sent to jail?

Every country has that. That doesnt mean you should put on a show as a judge

They should be more professional tho, but I don't think anyone is surprised at her comment

No. Recidivism rates accross the board are high. Germany and USA for example reimprison 35% of offenders after 3 years and Norway who have one of the lowest in the world have 20%

But this not my issue my issue is how all your judges put on a show like judge judy

    Not my judges

The US is anywhere from 50-70% when I looked it up

And 20x the people in Prison

    A very unserious country

Yeah they go up there after 5 years

And ofc you have much much much more people in prison.

I dont know what your point is tbh. I was just saying how weird I find your judges behavior and I dont think the recidivism rate is an excuse because every judge worldwide deals with repeated offenders constantly. Even the countries with better systems

    Americans love their criminals

Americans on this website were defending some dude killing a vlogger w a gun because he ‘appropriated his personal space’. Americans are some of the most violence loving people in the world.
