I don’t know I don’t really feel sympathy for this man. He was getting a fair trial and HE decided to attack the judge, why should the judge be put off this case for a mistake the man himself made? He can get another judge to sentence him for the attacking of this one.

Plus a judge should conform to the law anyway, so if she doesn’t he can always appeal.

I've seen people confusing "Maybe she shouldn't have mocked him during sentencing" with justification for the inmates attack when that very clearly isn't the case.

Nobody is defending or supporting bro for attacking the judge. That's dumb as hell. But none of us are surprised that somebody with a history of violence, anger issues, and supposed mental illness was set off by a judge who scoffed at his attempts to get right and him getting a job before taking all that away from him and sending him to jail.

Two things can be true here. What bro did was dumb af, and I'd still advise anybody in his position to try and keep it cool. But I'm not surprised he reacted the way he did. I also don't like how this judge tried to make light of ripping away the life of the guy who was making the efforts towards getting his life in order by sending him to prison.
