Decided to relisten to this after a while since I heard he was gearing up for a new album.

Album is way more cohesive than I entirely remember and it's mix between that early 2000s dance sound and 80s synths just encapsulates such an amazing vibe which fits well with the albums narrative and aesthetic.

Crazy how this album was deemed as dated when it released despite it being released JUST at the start of the synthwave trend

The new Buñuel album, Killers Like Us. Noisy post-punk band with Italian musicians, an American singer and a Polish guest vocalist on some songs. Sludgier and gothier in spots than their usual fare. RIYL Oxbow, Swans, Idles, Future of the Left, the Melvins, that Daughters record everyone was nutting over.

The Ecstatic by Mos Def, best hip hop record IMO

I just listened to Live.Shyne.Die. Fabo is my favorite song or sure, but something keeps bringing me back to to this tape. No really terrible songs on the whole thing but there are also only a few that I would save to my playlist.
