Oh, nice! that album is p hard for some people to get into glad you liked it.
I've been bumping this all weekend and this morning too!

still trying to form a solid statement on it but I love what I'm hearing from Bowie going into this 80s decade
his best 80's album and contains my fav bowie song
Jodeci - diary of a mad band
Jodeci - forever my lady
Mary j - my life
Mary j - what's the 411 (fav rnb album oat)
Lyfe Jennings- lyfe 268 192
Jaheim- still ghetto
Jill Scott- who is jill Scott (second favorite rnb album)
John legend ' get lifted
Musiq soulchild - Juslisen
Swear I ain't in my feelings I just love rnb
you mad real for Jaheim bruh
@RVI Fripp is a goat
need to try more albums from him still only heard one so far, I loved his playing on this album as well.
I felt Scary Monsters clarifies the experiments Bowie and Eno were striving for with the trilogy, Heroes being my pick of the three. Was nice to pick up some similarities there too. I also find this album to be similar to Aladdin Sane I didn't think much of that album as I only heard it once but I can def recall the overall mood
And you're right about the consistency within the Berlin trilogy, wish that carried over onto this project. Wondering what to listen to next, maybe Let's Dance 🤔

real, I remember trying this band out. Liked Ascension a lot
Have you heard their release, DIONYSUS? This video is nuts, absolutely nuts.

Yeah I didn't like that album much due to the new direction they decided to go in.. well their last 3 albums.
I mainly like their Darkwave stuff, Spleen and Ideal being my fav.

they’re australian too I’ve never heard music like this come from here
this exactly why I lurk this thread for finds like these, dark-anything is my favourite 🥰

Nice, same here
I'd suggest, Anna von Hausswolff - Dead Magic.
Neoclassical Darkwave.
Burn the earth and leave it behind - Wingnut Dishwasher Union
Kinda anarchist scream indie. Imagine mountain goats made all hail west Texas about destroying the establishment
Last 2 albums I listened to was
Summer Walker - Over It
&
Pi’erre Bourne - The Life of Pi’erre 4
Both albums in my top 10 list for this year
I also listened to
Bon Iver - Bon Iver
And I really think it’s a better listen than for Emma, much more developed but still has his folk roots in it, as much as I like his new stuff I think BIBI is the peak of his music
The Isley Brothers- 3+3
Megadeth- Count Down To Extinction
Revisited the 2 albums this past week. Both really great just like the first time I heard them. I might go on a crazy metal binge again it feels like
