whitegirlproblems/10. But no it’s a 6.8/10
It had a 99% on RT and I’m a huge fan of the movie “beach rats” by the same director she dropped about 4 yrs ago but this was just ok
Loved seeing the canadian Lucas hedges, thomas pellerin as usual tho . One of my favorite young actors and love how he can act accentless in English and french
Real for neon demon love
People always s*** on me for hving it as one of my top 10s and saying it’s better than drive
Lol man, it's one of the first movies that's made me "feel" something in a while. It felt like I was tripping but I'm sober af.
I haven't seen Drive in a while but I have fond memories of the time in my life when I watched it, so I can't dislodge it as my #1 Refn film. Maybe over time, because s***, I might watch this again. Also, Neon Demon > Only God Forgives (OGF is dope too)
Jojo Rabbit
This was soooo good, like super enjoyable and really nailed it when it had to be serious, my boy knew how to tie them laces
Dance and enjoy life
@Cosmixx just seen on letterboxd that you watched the hobbit trilogy and rated them all high
i watched TLOTR for the first time this year and really enjoyed them but i'm not a HUGE fan, you think the hobbits are worth watching or are they mainly for fans of the material?
i never saw LOTR but hobbit was fire for me 2nd one prolly my favorite outta them
jus watched first lotr yesterday n it was better than all of em

The Gentleman
7.5/10
tbh was better than I was expecting it to be but I had low expectations lol

That’s true, it does have a pretty solid cast of people. That’s one of the best scenes, when Willem Dafoe is just chilled back completely stoned
Movie as whole is brutal though, those Nam conditions would’ve been insane to go through.

Was just thinking bout that broski, the flick has an obvious good guy/bad guy theme but in a war like that its hard to completely say who you would side with. Lines are blurred in war.
Stone got some clossics in his filmography yo

No doubt, I was just looking at some of the stuff he’s directed and there’s a few I didn’t even realize he did
