6/10. Beautiful shots and great performance from the actress. The main character is also well designed and the story is good enough. But it's a movie that's almost 3 hours and it failed to strike any sort of emotion in me.

Crazy how i used to love this movie years ago. Watched it again last night and didn't find the dialogue to be nearly as enjoyable and thought the way the plot progressed and some of the characterizations was not very interesting imo. Giving how promising the movie starts....

That being said, on paper this movie is like a dream, especially as somone who loves neo-noir and coming of age movies. Despite being low budget, It looks and sounds amazing with a pretty unique mood. + JGL is perfect for the role

7/10. Good teen comedy with the comedy centered around violence. I usually wonder in films like these how do they get children to do explicit scenes.
