Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)
    7.5/10

Disney+ has me on a crazy nostalgia kick. Snow White is the OG and a nice blend of colorful and creative animation and music that tells a story. There are better Disney animated musicals, but the fact that a cartoon from the 30’s can still look good and contain really good moments is impressive on its own.

I vividly remember quite a lot of scenes from this film having seen it plenty of times as a kid, but fking hell.. the face of the witch scared the s*** out of me especially when she's giving the apple over to snow white

I think Midsommar was good except for them disgusting scenes.

    Didn't like Hereditary at all.

That Sonic movie wasn't awful. But it most certainly was not good. All the reasons why I thought it was gonna be bad were fully present in the movie. Yes it's a kid's movie, and I'm sure kids will find some enjoyment in it. But while I was watching it it just made me think that kids deserve so much better. And this movie could've easily been so much better if not for the fact that it was doing that live action s***.

I'm sure they are. And that's exactly what Hollywood was looking to do. My only issue is that they really did the bare minimum. What could've made for a better and more interesting movie was all in the first 5-10mins of the movie.

But instead we get is just a very generic and lazy buddy movie about a weird talking animal/alien in the human world who gets paired up with a bland everyman kinda character. It's pretty disappointing, and there have been so many movies and shows like it. It "works"...very awkwardly, but it could've easily been better with just a bit more effort in the story department.

Jim Carrey as Eggman was great and I already knew that at the very least he was going to be the best part about this movie.
