Leak of the Day - Too Feel Things (Don't Matter To Me OG)

Original version of Don't Matter To Me recorded during IYRTITL session (rumored to be in the same session that Jungle was recorded in). Lacks the MJ vocals and has a more stripped down laid back beat. IMO I enjoy this version more as I think the way that MJ's voice got processed made him sound unlike himself and just kind of wrong.

This was one of the first leaks that got me into drake unreleased, and funny enough I heard it before I heard Dont Matter To Me.

What are your thoughts on the track? should MJ have had his posthumous vocals on this if they were just going to make him sound like the weeknd? lmk ur thoughts

Leak of the Day - Confusion (Remix)

This song was a remix of Confusion by Keinemusik (who played a major role in producing HNVM) recorded during the sessions for HNVM. Never got an official release but was instead played during the Sound 42 Radio episode for the HNVM release in order to set the tone for what type of album HNVM would be. I think this could have easily replaced the "intro" track for HNVM, but I understand why it didnt make the cut. This track IMO should have been released as a loosie on soundcloud.

I knew when I heard this played during the Table For One show that HNVM was about to be something crazy.

if the artist themself is putting out a song (albeit not distributing for sale / streaming) then I think that’s authorized

if not then all SoundCloud era loosies artists put out could be considered leaks too

I count SoundCloud drops as official cause they are on a streaming service. I wouldn't necessarily call it a leak still, but the radio-exclusive drops are closer to a leak than a loosie IMO.

Confusion has no where to officially stream, it is just a rip of the radio show. Same as Sweeterman, Neatly, At The Gates, Freak In You Remix, etc.

Confusion is cool but I get why it's not on the album
