I haven’t listened to TML in a minute. But I don’t recall thinking it was a bad album.
I remember me and my brothers had it on replay when it came out.
It's considered a horrible album nowadays but not so much when it first dropped. It is bad but also very nostalgic.
So you hate it but can recite verses from the album
where did i say hate? and also do you think i really typed that all out myself? lol
How is 2Pacolypse Now weak?
plenty of weak songs. got some serious highlights tho
Nah this is a pretty good debut album.
worst post itt, legendary debut
Thank Me Later is so f***ing bad
Nah TML is just the product of releasing during a really weird transition. It didn’t age well but at the time it definitely wasn’t a bad album. Still songs from it I can listen to today.

Would have agreed with you in 2011-2012. This album made me so mad when it dropped because I expected different. But when you listen to it for what it is it isn’t nearly as bad. I can walk out of this one with a strong handful of listens I can enjoy too

I think this is definitely the answer for me. I remember when I first got into Bino I was like why can this nigga rap so good but this album is horrible. Royalty was a much better folllw up project granted a mixtape and ofc BTI
What are y'all thoughts on this album

Extremely horrible. The style he was going for then was done much better by other New Orleans artists. I remember there was a time people would gas this album in HS but only to say they had been listening to Wayne from day 1. You know the whole I was here first juvenile type of thing.
The realization that a lot of 10s artists dropped horrible debuts because we came to expect one thing from mixtapes and we got something completely different with albums because of the desperate need for charting radio songs
