Interesting take, about the nostalgic bit. As for me, when I think of a song to be considered a best pop track, I go for a track which is catchy and sunny sounding, which I can play it anytime, anywhere. I think nostalgia isn't an element which will affect my opinion (on this matter). But hey, that's what I think lol, we all got our own opinions, and I respect yours, also find it interesting ✌️

It's a 10/10 but most songs on Carly's Emotion are 11/10, also Gaga's Dance In The Dark or Robyn's Call Your Girlfriend/Dancing On My Own, among the first ones that come to mind

to me ific is a catchy song with a hint of melancholy. depending on my mood it either sounds like a track I want to dance to or one I want to cry to when I miss someone lol
