So my mom got caught up into some "pay it forward gifting" pyramid scheme

basically she pays in 2.5k and if she invites two other ppl who pay in 2.5k she could receive up to eight "gifts" of 2.5k

So it obviously sounds like a scam right my mom's dumb for that my dad's pissed but that's not what I plan on discussing ITT

There claim to being a whole legitimate operation and staying TAX-FREE is that ppl are consenting with VERBAL AGREEMENT to GIFT there 2.5k and in return there GIFTED up to 20k and the organization doesn't have a TREASURER and is run by VOLUNTEERS

Need ktt2 lawyers to verify if any of that is legal language because they claim that they been investigated by police and found to be doing nothing illegal for the past 15 years

They have a whole telegram group with like 4500+ members

They also use like anonymous usernames prob as to not leave a paper trail idk

So if u do the math 4,500*2,500= $11,250,000

So if this whole thing is legit whoever set it up is sitting on 11.25M so that's why I'm thinking is it really possible to beat the system? Let's brainstorm ktt2 don't be selfish
