Finally found some time to listen to it and wow this was such a great first spin

It feels like they took their sound a step further with this album imo, you should def give it a try !

New album is so disappointing compared to I'm All Ears

Definitely not as good as I’m All Ears but still impressed with the album.

The lyrics are certainly more heavy and mature; the change in sound feels more like general progression or shift rather than any manner of maturation of their old sound

It’s not dark brooding electronic indie-pop music like Im All Ears - but a rather more hopeful synth-pop now with a bigger appetite for acoustic sounds - if that lingo makes senses

I think I generally prefer their former sound, but the melodies and lyrics are definitely better on this album

Favorite track would be Watching You Go or Levitation.
