One will always catch feelings, they may hide it for the sake of the friendship, but it doesn’t mean it isn’t there. The relationship will eventually either blossom into more or bust due to conflicting feelings.

Yep and it all boils down to the fact that we are mammals with the urge to reproduce. Just basic biology at least for Heterosexuals.

We start to trick ourselves into thinking that we are above the natural order, but are we really? Or are we just good at lying to ourselves?

It's what happens when something evolves in a tribal setting where being seen well by those around you is key to you being allowed to stay in the tribe. Lose standing and your life could be in danger. Very serious s***. Only now it's being pushed like a button by technology lol.

It's why i try and be content not living my life to an audience. Which is what social media is if we being honest.

So when i took my friend "on a date" we took two polaroid pics and that's it. Now i have a small treasured photo that helps me look inward towards a extremely still and peaceful moment in my life. Very special and intimate.

One could argue that me saying all of this stuff is me doing exactly what I'm saying don't do. Y'all reading this are my audience i suppose. But idk i feel like forums are just ever so slightly different from more "modern" social medias. Anyway whatever now I'm rambling
