I think that’s revisionist history created by people who hate Bethesda now. How can it be a classic and not good? It’s fun and good

classic game is not equal to a good game imo. i still have like 500 hours in skyrim through the years tho

Dragon borne is better than Dawnguard, but the final Dawnguard dungeon is the best dungeon in all TES game hands down

I ducking hate going into the underground city. The dwarmer(?) ruins. S*** sucks

Had this game sitting for a year before I touched it

I was hooked, the side quests alone are GOAT

A lot of things about the game is garbage, I still play it

I have about 50 hours in this character and only have one major quest line and one dlc done. There’s still so much to do it’s going to kee me going forever

I had Skyrim VR before it came with all the DLC

Imagine finishing the whole game in VR you would basically have to live in the Skyrim world

Wish I could play it for the first time again

I've been wanting to replay Oblivion but this thread got me wanting to replay Skryim lol

Wood Elf archer build was so goat, once you max out your skill trees and get that sneak boost, it’s pretty much a one hit kill on everything

This, I tried to replay the game but it just wasn't hittin the same tho

Man I pretty much 100%’d the game so I feel like I wouldn’t get too much enjoyment replaying it either. Plus don’t feel like going back to my 360 just to play it lol.

Daedric and Dark Brotherhood quests
might have to play that s*** again after all these years

Dark brotherhood was insane
Civil war
Infiltrating the thalmor ambassy
Dawnguard questline was nice
Resolving the murder in windhelm was kinda nice too lol

If you played it for that long the game clearly wasn’t bad to you. That’s an exaggeration. Parts of the game were bad, but overall your enjoyment of the game superseded those flaws, no?

Been replaying it on my switch and Oblivion was so much better. Replayed it on my PS3 and Skyrim just doesn’t even come close to having the same charm

Dark Brotherhood is the worst part compared to Elder Scrolls 4..they made them so soft

Also the fact that Thieves Guild members were allowed to kill ruined it even more. Having to finesse off of pure sneaking skill was a real challenge that made beating the questline more satisfying. Also made killing in the Dark Brotherhood that much more f***ed up and fun. And none of the dlc touch the shivering isles. I really wish they would remake it..

Like a decade late, but I recently started this last week for the first time

I completed Dawnguard a couple months ago and have done pretty much everything in the base game.
When I finally start Dragonborn and explore the new map
