A couple years ago...
Used to hang out endlessly with peeps who'd do the same things over and over again. Now I mostly work, go to school, and spend time by myself. Despite the fact that I'm still distracted by meaningless things, I'd say I'm at least more productive now than previously.
What were some life experiences that changed you or inspired you to change?
The day I learned mouth breather was an insult and i realized i had to change that quick
Then i applied that self discipline to diet/routine/exercice/work ethic/etc, stopped eating like s*** with a f***ed up sleep pattern doing nothing all day and next thing i know im not as depressed as i used to and i dont have social anxiety anymore (but maybe that was just a part of growing up idk)
Also when i read that kanye interview where he was asked "did you always know you’d be this successful?" And he simply said "yes"

A time where I fell into anxiety and panic attacks made me realize I had to take control of my life
