I started smoking weed at 14-15 im now 22 honestly i barely remember the last 7 years lol like I know s*** happened but Its like my memory is all the way f***ed, thats why im quitting weed, I want to live up to my potential but i know as long as im a stoner I wont, im quitting weed starting today wish me luck and post your own stories

I smoked almost daily for ten years and quit on dec 31st of last year. Best decision I made in a long time. Life has been so much better.

Not really because I had just started reading this great book on habit forming called Atomic Habits. I really recommend it lol. It gave me so practical advice and techniques on how to end bad habits and start (and maintain) good ones.

Basically I just made smoking as hard to do as possible. I threw all my stuff out, told my close friends not to hook me up for at least a year, deleted all my dealers numbers, and started replacing weed with other activities/habits. I then made those habits obvious, easy, attractive, and satisfying.

havent smoked in a month+ now, idk when ima get back on it. its a blessing and a curse
