Whatcha got
No point in listing the obvious like being born rich or getting a sugar daddy lmao.
We all have vices that could be bad if we overindulge. Tie your vice with a useful/profitable skill, so you can enjoy yourself and improve your life back to back.
50% intensity everyday is better than 90-100% intensity every few days

I’d argue that going 100% hard 3 days/week is more effective than going 50% all week

Chain habits.
When I get home from work I change clothes and workout and then I shower. Then I do dishes and after that know I'm going to do 20min yoga. Before bed after I floss and brush I grind coffee and set that up with the book I'm reading and my vitamins so that when I wake up in the morning all I have to do boil water and while it's heating up I take my vitamins. When the coffee is ready I take my book and read on the porch as I drink my coffee. Then I go workout. After that I make breakfast and study french while I eat. You get the idea. All of this is slowly becoming automatic and I'm seeing so many good results from it.
Winners and losers have the same goals but different systems. Learn to love the process, not the results. If you improve by 1% every day for a year you will be 37 times better. If you get 1% worse every day for a year you end up at .03

I hear ya. Firas Zahabi gave me a new perspective on this though. You'll get good at whatever you do again and again so more total volume is better from that perspective. Could be any activity, but say that we both wrestle.
You do it for 2hrs, but you're balls to the wall the entire time, wrestling everyone in the gym and exhausted/sore afterwards. So you do it 3x per week so you can recover in between.
I only do it for 1hr, but that let's me come back 7x per week. By the end of the year you've logged 312hrs of wrestling. Meanwhile I've logged 364hrs of wrestling. That's 52 extra hours of skill development that I have by the end of the year.
"Don't put women on a pedestal" is srs something every hetero man should listen to. Cole said it best:
"I swear if niggas but half of what they put in chasing ass into a craft by now you'd be famous and rich."
Chase happiness/success instead (w/e that means to you). A happy/successful man will always have an easier time with women than a simp who's jumping through hoops just to eat a thotty's ass anyway
Edit: have women put YOU on a pedestal instead

That’s an interesting perspective
Y’all weird
You realize if you think of women when someone asks how to improve life you’re already putting them on a pedestal right?
