Well that makes sense since TLOP is older than Donda hence you’d naturally have more nostalgia for it. Not only that but you’re also a few years older now and so generally things aren’t going to seem as impactful since you’ve “seen it before”. You know what I mean?

It’s not that Donda was less of an event or album than TLOP nothing like that in fact it’s arguably better than TLOP and the listening sessions were even more hyped, you’re just used to it a bit more since TLOP and ye etc.. you’re used to the “live listening events”.

As a side note, while I agree that MBDTF is Kanyes most likeable album it’s easily one of his worst albums as well. How often are you listening to MBDTF compared to the rest of Kanyes albums? I almost never listen to MBDTF whether it’s a song or the album. Kanye made MBDTF to pander to people so yes it’s obviously very good but that doesn’t make it his best album or his artistic opus i.e his most artistic/creative and immediate/personal album. Kanyes best albums are one of these…
