when TI signed Travis, his label was not on fire. but we all saw what Travis went on to do. labels aren’t always about star power, there are variables as to why migos and yachty aren’t connecting. migos aren’t making interesting music, that’s an artist problem. yachty dropped a song featuring two of the hottest rappers in the world then a pandemic hit that ruined its chance of being a spring and summer hit. i do feel like it could have been written better but it’s mostly uncontrollable on his or the labels side.
