Tbh those be the spots that are relaxed on rules. Those them spots you hit when you know you can’t get into a club downtown or don’t wanna be bothered with all the restrictions. But the surrounding areas aren’t nice and then you got people from different south side hoods in one spot. It ain’t worth it, I’d take partying downtown every single time.

Really just little stuff like dress codes and how far you can take it while turning up. Some of them downtown joints you can turn up but niggas be wanting to get buck wild. You’ll get kicked out a spot downtown faster than a hood joint.

Now that you mention it. I was at a club downtown and went into the booth across from mine to pull a female and the bouncer shined his flashlight at me told me to go back to my booth. I was like wtf why can't I walk around and he was like it's policy.
