i think the issue is more that Peep himself purposefully distanced himself from young goth and buried this EP himself, so for his estate to dig this up and re-release it when even Peep basically acknowledged the guy as a creep is kinda disrespectful. There's allegations against like Tracy too, but Peep didn't completely drop Tracy from his life (just some petty beef over label disputes), so like re-releasing that stuff at least makes sense.
