Venetia mad underrated, probably because it blends in with all the other tracks he did on Brandon production during that period (or at least i assume it's Brandon based on the exotic sound)

One reason i sometimes may sound critical or harsh on Uzi is because he's always been one of my favs but i don't feel that it comes together when he actually drops

It's just frustrating to me when i see Travis cook up projects like Rodeo & Astroworld and i feel like Uzi should have been up there too

I always end up feeling like my personal folder with leaked grails hit harder than a bunch of the s*** he drops officially

But i got high hopes for Pink Tape nonetheless

Insane to me that he sat on this for so long

The wordplay & flow & delivery is as you say, peak-Uzi

Only criticism is that the beat is a bit bland, maybe too safe for Uzi’s standards

I think the beat is fine, it's more of the same from that EA era but it gives Uzi room to shine with his voice and flow and i personally like that sort of production anyway

I remember we all connected with the producer to drop it but Uzi ghosted him lol so i was pleasently suprised when we got this on Red + White, if anything i thought it would have just leaked randomly some day

I like the lyrics better on p2 I should say

I probably listen to as much unreleased Uzi as I do officially released Uzi

So many tracks that got leaked deserve the most praise that they unfortunately never will receive

That’s why i’m okay with Pink Tape being lengthy, it must be hard to narrow an Uzi project down to 16 tracks when he is pumping out high-quality so consistently

It's been overplayed for me too like what happens with most smash hits but idk man the vibe he captured on there was way more authentic than on P2 so that makes it a non-brainer for me to pick that one over the other

As far as lyrics go, they always kind of trash i don't really pay attention to them with Uzi it's the last thing i listen to him for

I still remember shaking my head when i heard him rap about a p**** being sticky

Deluxe off LIR2 is insane, if he replaced some of the base album tracks with those i could see it being his best for sure

new bundle rules by Billboard start the 30th thats why. He also said the 30th in the group chat (uzi)

That being said he could still fool us and drop on Pink Day, but realistically we should not get our hopes up for the full album. Def getting SOMETHING tho on Pink Day. Probably cover/tracklist is my best guess
