“Lil Wayne could not have found him a better successor“

When Wayne had a point to prove in the rap game to become one of the GOATS he dropped Da Drought 3 which featured Nicki Minaj.

Dedication 3 was his follow up mixtape from Tha Carter 3. Cementing him as one of the greats and he used that as a platform for his artists to shine (Nicki, Shannell, Drake, Tyga, Mills, Gudda).

The countless features on all of his teams songs. The countless songs with Drake before Drake was anybody.

He could’ve done nothing and stick him name by them and hope that’s what gets them through. But he never, he worked harder than any president of a label to find success.

Drake would not be where he is today without Wayne. Lil Wayne is the best CEO of any label. Name me anyone else who put the work in to give his team the chance to be successful.

But I’m saying Wayne worked his ass off to give everyone one on his label a chance to succeed. If they didn’t then that wasn’t down to Wayne. Look at Cory Guns. Countless features Wayne gave him and stuck him on the end of the classic 6 foot 7 foot but he just didn’t take off.

Dre never put that work in to give his label a chance to succeed. Wayne did

You don't know enough about Dre to be trying to have this discussion. You're talking about features as if Dre aint producing whole albums. The D.O.C. got in a car accident that ruined his vocal cords and entire career but Dre still brought him in to Death Row and worked with him afterward.
