PL is normal. It's the BuLi that's shady. More open and more space than any other top league so it's very easy to score goals, shine in attacking play and inflate your numbers. Prem isn't exactly defensive either but it's somewhere in the middle. La Liga is the complete opposite, majority of the teams are defensive minded and play low block. Takes a certain level of technique to shine there as an attacker.

That's why I would be very cautious when spending huge numbers on a Bundesliga player unless it's an alien like Haaland or a complete player like Jude
