like no kidding you think its fire y'all dont know how to make songs either
Juice WRLD had a song on the Alone in the Studio beat and it's GOATED
wish they could have just mashed their contributions up, kept MGK, and cut Kodak

RIP Juice LGND
I mean just listen to the man talk now. Does he sound like someone who can make a cohesive song anymore? His brain is just totally fried at this point. It’s not even like an older artist trying to keep up with trends and sounding out of place (like Busta Rhymes blockbusta album as an example) but you can still see the train of thought they have. Wayne just says gibberish half the time now, it’s not even coherent all the time.

He sounds coherent to me. Maybe you should work on your listening comprehension.
this is hard asf
https://twitter.com/blaccmassxx/status/1931086369713016883Now this beat actually sounds dated...
In my mind this album hasn’t and will never drop I won’t even touch it
bro retconned it

One of the worst 3-song stretches you'll ever hear in your life.
“ hey, maybe we work on that beat a little, see if we can’t improve it”- nobody in the studio during C6 sessions
Heres a good one.

he really hasn't lost his step bars-wise
but the music he puts on his albums just make him seem weirdly out of touch fr
this is way better

Literally all 10/10 for me. But I grew up on Wayne and don’t only want rappers to rap on drumless soul loops talking about therapy or whatever the f*** it is yall want today

This what pisses me off tbh he still got it but his beat selection really showing his age man. Why can’t he get some well known producers and lock tf in.

go ahead king but i feel as tho wayne audibly molested my ears with these tracks forcing me to go to therapy
Wayne doesn’t fit today’s landscape because everyone takes themselves too seriously now to enjoy fun music. Everything is corny, everything is cringe

It’s not the beats, because if a rapper with a more “artsy” or “experimental” image had the same beats it would be received different.
Wayne is “out of touch” because the world is too serious for him now. And pretentious fans who were raised on Kendrick’s skit heavy “important statement” albums just don’t respect or connect with Wayne. (outside paying lip service to his influence)
Wayne had a great run.
Tha Block Is Hot (1999) up until C4 (2011) he was a major force.
I’ve literally been down since Tha Block Is Hot.
His mixtape run is goated. I’ll forever have memories of TDIO2 and DD3 when I was in college. Smoking in my dorm room out the window to “Kush” lol.
C3 first listen was a life memory.

I just feel like Wayne’s funny/ witty lines back in the day were sharper. Now we get “ always working on my craft, macaroni tunechi”. For me it’s not a bad album because it wasn’t serious or whatever, it just felt lazy
