C2 being his best album is kinda a hipster take tbh. Like something people say when they want to seem like a "deeper" Wayne fan or if they feel like C3 is played out. Reminds me of people saying IWW is better than illmatic. C3 was wayne fully coming into himself as an artist, without the NYC Jay Z influence that C2 had. That makes it his best IMO
