This is an official mixtape that Wayne made as promo for "Tha Carter" and it features him going in on quite a few Jay-Z instrumentals. A copy was leaked by the SUT scene group on June 5th 2004, but it was plagued with clicks and pops. The uploader writes "Advance of the new lil wayne mixtape the prefix. I got 2 versions of this and it had pops in the same location so there isnt much I can do so just incase there is a better out and about somebody can feel free to rls the retail"... 20 years have passed and still no better version available.. until now!

I've carefully removed each glitch using Izotope RX10. It required manual click repair as well as attenuative spectral repair. No remastering in the sense of EQ adjustments were done, this is a restoration.

The link which i'll supply will have about 3 seconds of silence at the end of each track so as to be more faithful to the product, those silences are shortened in this YouTube video.
