Thats because it didnt last long on the chart similar to Survival, Elevate, 8 Out Of 10, Can't Take A Joke, Sandra's Rose, Talk Up, Summer Games and Blue Tint that were all Top 30 first week but no one considers hits cause they fell out shortly after
It doesnt literally hurt Drake but if you wanna take away from someones legacy by going into semantics arguments about what constitutes a hit then he's the person most affected
