I don’t know the name of the movie but there was a clip recommended to me about 3 years ago and this sick f*** was kidnapping and murdering kids and he filmed them. Had this little girl with a bag over her head and a noose standing on a chair. And he pulls that s*** from under her then her mother ends up falling out her seat from it. Then was clearly distraught and rightfully so. They had the parents watching their kids get killed. I don’t remember the movie name though. I think they end up torturing the dude and end up killing him.
Also that Martyrs joint. Then the Irreversible rape scene that went on like 8 minutes
Maaaaaan wtf that first movie you described sound twisted asf

I found the clip. It’s called Lady Vengence so I assume it is somewhat well known.
I’ll let it be known it is hard to watch
Anything with wrist slitting on the other hand I just watched another miike film with a long ass seppaku with a wooden blade & didn’t even flinch, the psychology of the scene pretty much determines it for me I think
Guess more ppl than I thought seen this movie. Dont yet me wrong yeah that rape scene is f***ed up but something about that fire extinguisher mauling is probably the most f***ed up thing I've seen. Have to remind myself it's just a movie lol I couldnt imagine witnessing something like that in real life man
Great scene

!https://youtu.be/eQOhVQYkNxwthis movie is fire and the best in the vengeance trilogy. the fade to black version where the colors slowly fade to black during this sequence and the ending hits harder too

Ohhhh..now since you mentioned oldboy I think I remember it was supposed to be connected to other films I forgot all about that years ago. I need to check out these other 2 movies then
BBQ scene from Sinister (due to the soundtrack), that scene in Antichrist, when they split that man in half in Bone Tomahawk, and the final battle in Scanners (I can handle gore to a decent extent, but veins protruding disgusts me).
If I think of more, I’ll add them.
