    even tho its just two samples on top of each other for 11 seconds

    0:03 - the end always feels like pure bliss

    I love the new singles, s***s really sounding like a classic in the making

    we'll see
    the problem i have with it is like it's almost too refined.
    with lonerism there was all these little quirks that made it intresting and then Currents had such crazy sound design with the synth layers.
    So far this is just too polished to me to the point that it becomes boring and underwhelming.
    It's not like bad tho just don't like it as much as other stuff.

    1:35-1:54 just quintessential thug melodies. who else could do this

    3:40-4:00 most of the song is just distorted chaos with this soaring vocal melody that russell belts out, but theres a moment when all the noises kind of crumble on themselves and all thats left is that main melody and it always hits me hard.

    1:32-2:10 this the type of heartbreaking s*** that makes paul simon my favorite songwriter.

    3:12-3:50 this synth lead and the one at 3:20 of power are super influential to the way i record my synths, not sure why.

    In Headlines the bassy synth at the start is also great.

    let me think

    Feel No Ways is one of Drake's most underrated tracks and during the outro when the strings come together and the pluck synth hits.

    Frank O singing: "Holyfield keep your ears split for me, can't show my face if you spit for me" on Provider.

    T-Pain on Good Life when he goes "when I thought I was gonna go crazyyy and now my grandmama ain't the only one calling me babyyyy"
