spongebobOkay well he had a certain obligation not to let up and let ISIL form again, the war is ongoing was already happening, as commander in Chief, which is not a responsibility I’d ever want to have, the pres has an obligation to do things responsibly. If he pulled out all the Troops at once, isil forms again and keeps terrorizing.
