Every single president has had the chance to do actual change but they couldn’t, refused to do so, or didn’t do enough. I think you Think that Presidents are like dictators and can just do whatever they want. If you want to make actual change you need to make a change in the federal, state, and local level. It’s not up to the President to make all the changes and they can’t/ are limited if the other forms of government refuse to cooperate. Things are more complicated then just “the President needs to do everything! Or has the power to do everything!”. I agree that he could have done more and been more tough with the people who opposed him, but that’s counter productive because he’s not President anymore.

Obama is actually trying to do something now, regardless of how you feel about his presidency. You on the other hand just spend the whole complaining instead of doing something about the situation. And I mean continuing doing something

First, shut up. Idk why you keep bringing up all presidents. We're talking about Obama. Nothing any other president does impacts Obama's ability to make change.

Second: Political Capital is a thing. And no a***yzing his complete failure to make change isn't counter productive because it exposes him as little more than a hypocrite and an opportunist. Obama is a a smart guy. He knows what the problem is. His half assed liberal reforms do nothing to address them.
