SynopsisFirst, shut up. Idk why you keep bringing up all presidents. We're talking about Obama. Nothing any other president does impacts Obama's ability to make change.
Second: Political Capital is a thing. And no a***yzing his complete failure to make change isn't counter productive because it exposes him as little more than a hypocrite and an opportunist. Obama is a a smart guy. He knows what the problem is. His half assed liberal reforms do nothing to address them.

On one hand he'll get a harsher sentence if found guilty, on the other hand it's going to be much harder to get a guilty verdict and the chance he'll walk free is much higher
