How much time does aiding and abetting get you?

"In Minnesota aiding an offender can result in no more than three years of imprisonment or $5,000 in fines, or both at once if the relevant crime was a felony."

  • So the three cops that helped killed an unarmed black man can pay some money and be free?

That's not right or fair for our country

Continue to protest. None of these old farts get it

1st Degree for Chauvin and 3rd degree for the other that were on George

Maybe the standing one could get aiding and abetting but likely more

    Synopsis

First, shut up. Idk why you keep bringing up all presidents. We're talking about Obama. Nothing any other president does impacts Obama's ability to make change.

Second: Political Capital is a thing. And no a***yzing his complete failure to make change isn't counter productive because it exposes him as little more than a hypocrite and an opportunist. Obama is a a smart guy. He knows what the problem is. His half assed liberal reforms do nothing to address them.

Because you admitted that every president is the same but you like to just talk about Obama. My whole thing is that you’re just repeating s*** every single time Obama does something AND IM SAYING AT LEAST HE’S F***ING DOING SOMETHING UNLIKE YOUR DUMBASS JUST CRYING ON HERE. I said that you’re right that he should have done more. I said that if you feel like a he’s a war criminal, you have a strong argument.

Again Obama is doing something now, I’m glad he’s actually doing something now. That’s all I’m saying. AT LEAST he’s trying to do something NOW, because it matters NOW as well.

I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand he'll get a harsher sentence if found guilty, on the other hand it's going to be much harder to get a guilty verdict and the chance he'll walk free is much higher
