CactusJackSentYaI literally addressed that in my other post tho when I mentioned reforming what they can and can’t do. And I’m pretty sure what dude did, he wasn’t even trained to do.
Should have rephrased to say that this sort of thing has gone predominantly unchecked for way too long for anything short of a massive overhaul to begin to heal the problem

Actually, now that I think about it. The fact that Obama getting attention right now is amazing. Trump has spent his entire president off of removing any possible thing he can that has pres Obama’s name on, or being so repulsive a human that people can’t stand to work for him anymore.
It haunts him. The fact that he will never get close to the respect pres Obama had and still has.

Yeah maybe so, just mentioned it to highlight the problem is not just random street cops here or there. But nationwide. For such a long period of time that these ways are inherent.
