Unless its code for white lives matter more? The people who use it say everyone deserves to be part of the discussion, and not just black people, without realising that we don't have an even playing field to begin with. Black Lives Matter is meant to highlight that.
So while yeah, on paper, all lives SHOULD matter, we've been shown time and time again, through crimes of bigotry (Tulsa), the police conduct and the prison system that it's NOT the case. To say All Lives Matter as a counterargument to BLM is not only dismissive, but it's inherently racist.
