Proving that a cop was overly aggressive and negligent with his use of force is way easier than proving that a cop intentionally decided he was gonna murder someone while apprehending him

i agree with u completely but im saying that theres at least one member of the jury who will listen to the boohoo i was just doing my job in the heat of the moment i may have pressed too hard but i was so focused on not letting him get away boohoo i love justice
and not believe its premeditated in the legal definition of the word
