Usually with these protests for (way too many to name), people come out in big numbers and express themselves, but at some point for just about everyone, they have to go home bc work in the morning or the kids or the SO or etc...
But here, it's Summer and our school systems really limped to the finish line this year, and between COVID changing the workplace and COVID taking a lot of jobs away altogether, a lot fewer people have those other immediate, highest-possible degree obligations that demand their attention by a certain time. Probably a big reason the "curfew" is being ignored by pretty much everyone
