I will always feel that peaceful protest is a better solution than violence, ion care how unpopular that makes me. Again, I can't blame the rioters. Riots don't come from people, they come from the circumstances surrounding them. A riot is a slap in the face, saying "wake up, we need this NOW".

That being said, I can't turn my back on my beliefs about peaceful protest. Although many things remain the same, much has changed. I've said this before, and I'll say it again. White people are the final frontier in terms of social progress. Once the whites are down w the cause, its a wrap. And do you see how close we are? Do you know how many whites are on our side in this day and age? It's a whole lot more than there used to be.

frank rizzo. former police commissioner turned mayor in the late 60s. awful racist who weaponized police and pushed racist policies. that statue for him has been a big debate cause he did have a lot of white blue collar supporters who loved what he did similar to the trump situation we have now. there's a lot of articles about it if you wanna know specifics.

whats the end goal here? we protest and then burn cities down and then they pass some sort of executive order or change laws? noting is going to change the heart of gross racists and cops are def not going to be more understanding after this

im not saying i disagree with protests and whatever the f*** else people want to do i just dont see what the next step is but im all for it
