That "revolution will not be televised" saying from Gil Scott Heron was made before technology/CCTV was as advanced as it is.
I always took it as more of how the revolution will not be commercialized. The revolution is not as easy as going out and raiding target. The revolution is about achieving tangible, long lasting change.
