Balletto 2022 chardonnay

stainless tank fermented with no oak, they’re going for the chablis style we all know and love

Missing some of that chablis minerality but makes up for it with its notes of stonefruit

wouldn’t pick it over a chablis, especially with the curry im eating right now, but would def enjoy it with a good falafel

screw number ratings, im going for the fighting game ratings

Oregon is never a miss with these burgundian varietals

a lot of white florals on the nose as well as green apple and pear, very short finish too

the acidity was crazy refreshing, paired so well with these somosas and cilantro chutney
