I think one factor is he still owed albums on his Def Jam contract.
But yeah No Pressure was perfect to go out on, I don't know why he didn't just negotiate out of the deal and moved on.

It's even worse because he didn't even last a year in his "retirement." He even had the perfect excuse to not drop music for a while with this pandemic. He should used the time away to work on his craft and come up with a new direction and then make his comeback with a project just as solid as No Pressure or even better than it.
This project is utter trash. I don't even think any real Logic fan can force themselves to like this. Nothing is salvageable.
