I feel like all the things Joe is saying about Logic are actually the things he really wants to say about Eminem but doesn't cause he's b****made and still has that "loyalty" to Em.

Man called Logic "hip-hop gentrification" and that same thing can be applied to Eminem. Infact, it's because of Eminem that a rapper like Logic could exist in the first place. The "lyrical miracle rapper" whose fanbase consists of white people who "don't really listen to rap" but cape for them heavy.

i really can't understand joe budden's appeal. can a fan explain it to me? he's like shock jock radio hosts, but without the humor. his musical takes are dusty boomer tier and his co-hosts are borderline smoothbrains. joe is the smartest of the bunch but idk man

    You poddin now lol

He is funny with his stories and such. Honestly I listen for the jokes, but then you have to deal with cohosts who are his friends so they bring the best out of him and he's comfortable saying stuff, but they themselves are really not that much worth being listened to; they are simply utilities so Joe can get s*** off, to me.

All of their music takes and tastes are terrible. As someone who loves alt r&b, them niggas claiming to be r&b fans but only listening to surface level music and just mainstream s*** in general is something I pass on. Rory is a fake dude and Mal is a lame dude who thinks he's cool. Joe is a longtime outlier who finally found his lane and tries on different personas depending on the room.

Brah Eminem was POPPIN around the 2000’s. It didn’t feel forced either. He did all the crazy s*** Tupac, 50 Cent, 6ix9ine did but he took a hiatus to raise his daughter which effected his career. I admit now he’s Doo-Doo but he was really at the top at one point in Hip-Hop

I'm not saying he wasn't. But how has he been able to coast on that for all these years even though the majority of his output after 2004 has been lukewarm doodoo butter and still gets to be called the greatest rapper ever? That s*** is perpetuated by people who hardly even listen to rap like that, people who have more or less gentrified the genre.

If Joe Budden is gonna say that Logic led to "hip-hop gentrification", then he needs to stop being a ho ass nigga and keep that same kinda energy with Eminem because Em brought forth that same kind of "hip-hop gentrification" and nobody ever wants to speak on that elephant in the room.

I hear what you’re saying. Joe said “He just can’t relate to Logic”. I feel if Logic had a stereotypical image, he’ll gain more respect in the Hip-Hop world. But since he persist on being himself, release a autobiography to explain his story. Until then, he’s in Twitch limbo
