they were right... rap is like a mountain
Nope. Drake has 4 but the year he won 2 for Hotline Bling, he complained because he knew those wins were bullshit. He literally accepted his Grammy for God's Plan last year and gave a speech on how Grammys really don't matter WHILE holding his Grammy, lol. I mean. Tyler won a Grammy for IGOR and also complained. Many rappers who have actually won Grammys know that they don't matter as much as they previously believed they did and it has nothing to do with how many times they lost.
they were right... rap is like a mountain
you still havent said what jcole has done yet u state all of this to prove he is big 3 🤣🤣🤣
Drake has a way more vast catalog of music than Kanye and he's still managing to chart 6 albums weekly so I don't think that counts. You also can't make the argument that his music is consumed more globally than it is in the US because most US rappers have the US as their biggest fanbase.
i wasn't saying that. i was saying it shows every month he's one of the most listened to artists, so people our consuming his music a lot in 2020.
but that they might not be listening to his albums and instead picking songs from across his career.
Drake is bigger than Kanye at the moment so maybe that explains that.
so jcole not big 3 according to this 🤣🤣
neva was
to date KOD is like the 11th best selling rap album from 2018
that dont sound like big 3 to me?
I'm saying he isn't

And that's my point. Kanye doesn't have more features/overall songs than Drake so regardless of where they were picking from, as far as those songs were a part of Kanye's catalog, they would be reflected in how they chart. Not having a single album on the Billboard 200 says a lot. I mean, even Lana Del Rey has an album that's charted for almost 400 weeks and she doesn't even make mainstream/accessible music and she doesn't pull a quarter of the streams Kanye pulls so what does that tell you?
If Kanye's features were the songs being streamed the most, it would explain why none of his albums chart because that's the only reason I can think of as to why none of his albums chart.
Drake has alot of bad music takes so it don't matter
