  • Clever to get this greenlit and ready to go before his new one opens. He seems to always have one finished and one ready to go into production and that is no different here

    Also speaking of his new one, was there any word about it at the neon cinemacon panel today? it’s still apparently slated for 2026 but besides the announcement and some casting press releases, there hasn’t been much said about it. It’s wrapped so I hope it’s still coming out this year

    First watch Longlegs was fire

    When I had no idea what the actual meat of the story was, had no idea what cage looked like, when all that social media scariness hype hadn’t yet been proven wrong OR right in my eyes. Just sat with the tension building up and the plot slowly scarily unfurling

    After the movie is done and you know it all, it’s much less effective. But that first watch was fun!

    loved it in cinema, but as soon as it ended i said i have no desire to ever watch that again
